A practical 30-day launch plan for a new service
A four-week launch structure connecting positioning, campaign assets, outreach and learning without creating content for content’s sake.
Days 1–5: define the move
Write the audience, urgent problem, promise, evidence, offer, price logic and desired action on one page. Interview a few relevant people or review real sales conversations. The goal is not perfect research; it is removing the biggest assumptions before production begins.
Days 6–12: build the minimum launch system
Create one landing page, one short explanation, one proof asset, one sales or introduction document and a small set of channel adaptations. Every item should continue the same promise and lead to the same next step.
Days 13–18: prepare distribution
List warm contacts, relevant partners, communities, publications and paid channels. Write outreach for each route rather than pasting one announcement everywhere. Confirm tracking, enquiry handling, response ownership and the questions the team will record.
Days 19–26: release in waves
Start with a small group that can provide useful feedback, correct friction, then widen distribution. Coordinate owned posts, direct outreach, partner activity and any paid testing so the market sees one connected signal instead of isolated noise.
Days 27–30: learn and decide
Review qualified enquiries, common questions, landing-page behaviour, outreach responses and progression to the next commercial step. Keep what created useful movement, change what caused confusion and document the next four-week experiment.
