How to choose a creative-growth partner

Questions that help founders separate attractive presentation from useful strategic capability.

Ask what will change

A strong proposal describes the business movement the work should support, not only a list of deliverables. It should identify assumptions, decision points and what evidence will be reviewed.

Check how decisions are made

Creative work becomes expensive when feedback has no structure. Ask who is accountable, when decisions happen, what is included and how disagreement is resolved. A calm process protects both quality and momentum.

Understand ownership

Before work begins, clarify usage rights, editable files, third-party licences, handover, payment milestones and cancellation. These details belong in writing. They should not appear as surprises after the exciting part is complete.

Be cautious with guarantees

No responsible studio can guarantee virality, sales, investment, ranking or introductions. Look for clear thinking, relevant evidence and honest limits. Confidence should come from the method, not an impossible promise.
